When I was young my father introduced me to photography by giving me his old Pentax ME film camera. I believe learning photography on this camera has had a huge impact on the way I shoot today.  In an era where everything from napkins to wedding vows are mass-produced, your photographs should be set apart; photographs that display your distinctiveness. As a documentary style photographer, I take a more photojournalistic approach to my shoots, which delivers a more unique and candid look that go behind the scenes of your special day. I strive to capture the reality of a situation so my photos strike a strong emotional response. 

I apply these methods to all aspects of my photography. Whether its a wedding, engagements, or family portraits, I find that capturing people in a natural and candid situation adds to the timelessness a photograph can give you.
